Life in Asprovalta Greece

While Asprovalta is famous for its award-winning beach, it is also a location where life moves at a leisurely pace, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Even if you prefer to relax on the beach, you won’t run out of things to do at the historical and ancient sites in the area (Stagira, Philippi, etc.).

If you like the night, there are a few beach bars where you can have a drink while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Clubs offering entertainment, drinks and many kinds of music. There are plenty of tavernas and restaurants, for all tastes and every gustatory pleasure.

Culture

Concerts, theatrical events and Greek feasts with traditional dances are part of the culture and heritage of Asprovalta.

Asprovalta’s main promenade is the place to visit for shopping, eating and drinking. You can find some souvenir and art shops. The promenade is lined with trees and children can play various games in the parks and playgrounds.

On Mondays, you can visit the open market between Nea Vrasna and Asprovalta and buy fresh fruit, vegetables and other products.
